It is cooked by adding water and optional sugar with the help of a coffee pot, and two teaspoons of coffee are added to a cup of coffee. It is served in small cups. There are 50 different flavors and fragrances in light roasted Turkish coffee, 59 in medium roasted coffee, and 65 in highly roasted coffee. In addition, light roasted coffee has sour, sweet, fruity features, medium roasted has roasted, spicy, woody, fruity and tobacco-like features, and highly roasted has roasted, bitter, spicy, woody and earthy taste and smell.
